Published in May 2025 by the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry (PIPT), "Trade Fairs in Poland in 2024" presents national data independently audited by CENTREX, the International Association of Exhibition Statistics. In 2024, the Polish exhibition industry recorded year-on-year growth across nearly all key indicators. A total of 129 trade fairs were held across 13 cities and 14 venues nationwide, a 6.6% increase from 121 events in 2023. Total exhibitor participation reached 17,786, up 4.7%, including 4,244 international exhibitors — an 11.7% year-on-year increase. Visitor attendance grew 12.9% to 1,387,749. Net exhibition space rented by exhibitors totalled 702,222 m², a marginal 0.3% decline from 2023. Poznań hosted the highest number of events at 54, followed by Kielce with 32. By total exhibition floor space, Poland ranked 17th globally, accounting for 0.9% of worldwide and 2.5% of European exhibition space. The report highlights that trade fair spending generates multiplier effects for host cities, with industry analysis indicating that each zloty spent at exhibitions generates five zlotys in local city-level economic activity.
