ARCHITECTURAL BUILDING WEEK is recognized as Bulgaria's leading international trade fair dedicated to architecture, construction, and real estate development. This annual business exhibition, held at the Inter Expo Center in Sofia, focuses on showcasing energy-efficient, ecological, and functional construction solutions. The 2027 edition marks the event's 27th iteration, bringing together a comprehensive range of exhibitors and industry professionals.

The exhibition profile covers diverse sectors including construction equipment, machinery, tools, isolation, building materials, joinery, doors, windows, and sanitary equipment. Key themes also encompass innovative materials, BIM technologies, sustainable construction, smart home solutions, and the digital transformation of the sector. In 2024, the halls were thematically organized to feature areas such as "Interior finishing construction", "Doors, joineries, facades and wooden houses", "Exterior finishing construction, vertical planning and landscaping", and "HVAC, building automation, software and Smart solutions".

The event attracts a broad target audience of professionals and end customers, including investors, developers, architects, engineers, builders, designers, civil engineers, project developers, contractors, public officials, and decision-makers from construction and real estate companies. Past editions, such as in 2024, saw 212 companies from countries like Bulgaria, Turkey, Italy, Germany, and Romania, and drew over 7000 investors, developers, architects, engineers, builders, designers, and visitors. Discussions on real estate market tendencies and "Digital doubles" have also been part of the program.
