China (Tianjin) International Machine Tool Exhibition

The China (Tianjin) International Machine Tool Exhibition, also known as CIEX, is an international specialized machinery exhibition and a manufacturing tradeshow that serves the entire industrial manufacturing value chain. Certified by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), the event brings together digital, intelligent, and informatised innovations in the field of machine tools from around the world. The 2027 edition will be held from March 10-13, 2027, at the National Convention & Exhibition Center (Tianjin), with an exhibition area of 100,000㎡ (2027).

Organized by Beijing Zhenwei Exhibition Co. Ltd, CIEX encompasses three distinct exhibitions: a machine tool exhibition, an industry robot exhibition, and an industry automation exhibition. The focus is on high-end CNC machine tools, with core exhibit sectors including Machines-tools, Tools, Industrial Controllers, Robotics, Metal Working Industries, and Applied Computer & Industrial Engineering.

The exhibition is open to professionals, targeting industry professionals, manufacturers, suppliers, and key players in the manufacturing sector. It expects to attract 100,000 visitors (2027). Concurrent events include the Tianjin International Robotics Exhibition (CIRE). Past editions, such as IMPE 2015, utilized over 60,000 square meters for 2000 international standard booths, while IMPE 2014 featured 80,000 square meters with about 1200 exhibitors showcasing 1700 complete appliance machines.
