GIFA

GIFA stands as the international trade fair for foundry technology, a cornerstone event within 'The Bright World of Metals' trade fair quartet. Organized by Messe Düsseldorf GmbH, this professional-only event convenes every four years, bringing together experts and innovators from across the global foundry industry. The upcoming edition is scheduled from June 21 to June 25, 2027, at Messe Düsseldorf in Duesseldorf, Germany.

The exhibition showcases a comprehensive range of products and services, including foundry machinery and plants, melting operations and pouring technology, refractory technology, and moulding and core making plants and processes. Attendees can also explore advancements in fettling and finishing, moulding materials and supplies, control technology, measurement technology, material testing, automation and robotics, environmental protection and waste management, information technology, additive manufacturing, and various consulting and planning services.

GIFA is a significant industry gathering, as evidenced by its 2023 edition which hosted 854 exhibitors and attracted 63,262 visitors across 41,315 m² of exhibition space. The event is further enhanced by being held concurrently with three other international trade fairs: METEC, THERMPROCESS, and NEWCAST, offering a holistic view of the metals industry. GIFA is recognized as UFI Approved and AUMA Listed.
