India Warehousing Show New Delhi

The India Warehousing Show is organized by RX India and takes place at YashoBhoomi, IICC, Dwarka, New Delhi. The 2027 edition is scheduled for June 24-26. The event covers warehousing, logistics automation, and supply chain technology, serving buyers across India and South Asia. It brings together visionaries, innovators, and thought leaders from the warehousing, logistics, and supply chain industries and features a Matchmaking Portal for business connections.

Seven core exhibit sectors are represented: AIDC Solutions and Last Mile Technology (including RFID, Barcode Scanners, Printers, and Last Mile Delivery); Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Rollers, Conveyors, Scissor Lifts, and Stackers); Logistics Automation (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems, Industrial Robots, and Warehouse Management Systems); Warehousing Infrastructure (Industrial Doors, Industrial Flooring, Monitoring Security, and Lighting); Commercial Vehicles and Transport Logistics (Road Vehicles, Transport Refrigeration, Fleet and Asset Management); Packaging Solutions for Logistics (Wrapping, Strapping, and Protective Packaging); and Storage Solutions and Supply Chain Services (Racks, Pallets, Warehousing Companies, and 3PL/4PL providers). Exhibitors showcase products, services, and technological advancements with live demonstrations and new product launches.

The 2025 edition attracted 500 exhibitors and over 20,000 visitors, while the 2027 edition expects over 300 exhibitors and 15,000+ professionals. Past editions were held in June 2017, December 2021, August 2022, and June 2023. A concurrent program, the India Warehousing Summit 2027, runs alongside the main event. Target audience sectors include 2PL/3PL/4PL/5PL companies, automotive, FMCG, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, retail, and government officials, among others.
