Japan Mobility Show (formerly Tokyo Motor Show)

The Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026 is a focused business event taking place from October 13 (Tuesday) to October 16 (Friday), 2026, at Makuhari Messe in Makuhari, Japan. This event is strategically positioned to accelerate business co-creation and facilitate corporate partnerships, transcending traditional industry boundaries. It provides a vital platform for diverse sectors and enterprises to collaborate, leveraging their collective expertise and technologies to solve societal issues and create new businesses and value.

The event is structured around "Seven MOVEs" as its co-creation topics, expanding the traditional concept of mobility. Past topics from Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2024 included Carbon Neutrality, Supply Chains, Manufacturing, and Transformation. Exhibitors comprise startups, universities, research institutions, established companies, and consortia, all contributing to the future of mobility. A joint exhibit by JAMA member companies is also planned. The target audience includes established companies from mobility, social infrastructure-supporting electronics, IT, communications, heavy manufacturing, and construction industries, invited to co-create with startups.

Admission to the Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026 is free of charge, but online registration is mandatory for all attendees to receive an admission ticket. Exhibitor applications for the 2026 event have already closed. The previous edition, Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2024, demonstrated significant engagement, featuring 58 established companies (2024) and 145 startups (2024), and facilitating approximately 2,000 business matches (2024) and 1,700 business meetings (2024), which led to around 100 business collaborations (2024) in progress.
