What are the practical participation details for exhibitors?+
Exhibitors must provide written notice to the Organizer to refuse exhibition space. A full refund is possible if notice is given not later than 60 days before the exhibition opening. A 25% fine applies for refusal within 59-35 days, a 50% fine for 34-14 days, and a 100% fine for less than 14 days before the exhibition.
