This event focuses on vital recovery projects, essential materials, advanced technologies, necessary equipment, and critical investments required to rebuild Ukraine's economy. It brings together a comprehensive range of solutions, including power equipment, alternative energy sources, and energy infrastructure, fostering connections between suppliers and Polish and European energy projects, contractors, and equipment buyers. The event functions as a key international matchmaking platform.

The exhibition features core sectors crucial for reconstruction. These include Construction Solutions, covering Building Materials, Construction Works, and Equipment & Machinery (2024), and Energy Solutions, encompassing Power Systems, Energy Efficiency, and Energy Companies (2024). Additionally, a National Pavilion "Ukraine and Its Communities" highlights Local Communities, Project Showcases, and Recovery Investment (2024). The 2024 edition covered an area of 2,400 sqm and hosted 150 exhibitors.
