Practical participation details.+
Exhibitor booth pricing is $46 per square foot, with a $375 fee per corner. 50% of total space rental charges are due at signing for exhibitors. For applications received after September 8, 2025, full payment is required. Attendee registration sales are final, with no refunds after completion. One attendee substitution per registrant is permitted on or before January 28, 2026, with a $50 processing fee.
