The Inspired Home Show®

The Inspired Home Show® is recognized as the leading exposition for home and housewares products, establishing itself as the largest marketplace of its kind in the Western Hemisphere. This annual event, organized by the International Housewares Association (IHA), brings together buyers and sellers from across the industry. It is scheduled to take place from March 9-11, 2027, at McCormick Place in Chicago, United States.

The show features thousands of products spanning the entire home and housewares spectrum, organized into 4 distinct Expos. The target audience includes global and domestic buyers, retail buyers (2023), innovators, influencers, and media professionals (2026). The event is exclusively for professionals and is not open to the public. Past editions have seen more than 1,000 exhibitors (2026) and professionals from over 120 countries (2026).

Beyond the extensive exhibition, The Inspired Home Show® offers a robust program of concurrent events. These include education programming (2026), four keynote sessions (2026) held in the South Building, Room S102, and Inspiration Theater sessions (2026) in the South Building, Room S101A. The event also hosts various "Show Events" and prestigious awards such as the gia Excellence in Retailing, gia Excellence in Product Design, and gia Excellence in Student Design.
