Week for International Environmental Technologies China (WIETEC)

The Week for International Environmental Technologies China (WIETEC) is recognized as the world's most comprehensive environmental exhibition and a leading platform for the environmental protection industry. Held annually at the National Convention & Exhibition Center in Shanghai, China, WIETEC connects the entire environmental protection industry chain. It is organized by CHC Expo, with Shanghai Herui Expo Co., Ltd. listed as the organizer, and is exclusively open to professionals. The event provides advanced environmental technology and service solutions to more than 50 industries, encompassing municipal, industrial, agricultural, and residential sectors.

WIETEC features a wide array of core exhibit sectors, including AQUATECH, which focuses on water treatment, sewage treatment, membrane, and point of use; FLOWTECH, China's exhibition for valves, pumps, and pipes; BUILDEX, a professional exhibition for the building water supply and drainage industry; ECOTECH WASTE, an international trade exhibition for solid waste and waste gas treatment; ECOTECH AIR, a professional air technology platform; and WATRES CHINA, a platform for water conservancy integrating communication, docking, and cooperation. These sectors are professionally formulated into 24 specialized segments, aiming to present integrated solutions and holistic approaches to water challenges in Asia.

Past editions have demonstrated significant scale, with 3,400 Exhibitors (2018) and 120,000 Visitors (2018) covering 220,000 M2 Space (2018). In 2017, the event hosted 3,146 Exhibitors, 89,876 Total Visitors, 12,793 Overseas Buyers, and represented 89 Countries and Regions across 200,000 square meters.
