1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Qiplume.com (the "Service") operated by Alarite, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Service is provided to businesses and professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. The Service
The Service provides trade-show information, industry news and AI-assisted tools. Information is compiled from public and third-party sources and verified where stated; it is provided for general reference only. Show dates, venues, deadlines and policies may change without notice. Always confirm details with the official organiser before making commitments.
4. AI features
AI features generate content automatically. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute professional, legal or financial advice. Decisions based on AI outputs are your own. AI features are subject to usage quotas which we may adjust.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse or overload the Service; scrape, harvest or redistribute Service data at scale; circumvent access controls or quotas; submit unlawful, infringing or misleading content; or use the Service to build a competing database.
6. Content you submit
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and process it for the purpose of operating the Service. Tips and reports you submit may be used to improve the accuracy of the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its compilation of information, software and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. Third-party trademarks and show names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any loss of profits, business or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if no payment was made.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance.
13. Language
This English version governs. Translations are provided for convenience only.
