2025: Double-Digit Growth and On Track to Deliver GO27 a Year Early

Hyve Group has reported 2025 revenue of 391 million US dollars, up 39 percent including acquisitions and 15 percent organically, with EBITDA above 100 million dollars, a 26 percent year-on-year increase, at a 26 percent margin. The portfolio comprised 31 events across 18 brands, and the group recorded a net promoter score of plus 30. The central claim is that GO27, the plan to more than double the size of the business by 2027, will now be delivered a year early, in 2026. Six acquisitions have been completed in the 18 months since GO27 launched, including Manifest, Behavioral Health Tech, ASU and GSV Summit, and HGAN, a healthcare advisory platform. Chief Executive Mark Shashoua said the company had made significant progress, enough to deliver the plan a year ahead of schedule. For the 2026 financial year the group expects a fourth consecutive year of double-digit growth and further margin improvement, will continue acquiring where there is strategic fit, and is launching five new events including Shoptalk Luxe and Breakbulk Asia. The combination of double-digit organic growth alongside an active acquisition programme is the distinguishing feature of the reported period.
