2026 Taichung International Tea, Coffee and Baking Exhibition Opens at New Taichung International Convention Center

The 2026 Taichung International Tea, Coffee and Baking Exhibition and the 2026 Taichung International Wine Exhibition opened on July 10 at the newly completed Taichung International Convention Center, marking the first time the event has been held at this venue. Co-organized by TAITRA and Zhanzhao International Enterprise, the exhibition brought together 438 domestic and international companies across 840 booths, with attendance projected to exceed 48,000 trade buyers and consumers. The four themed zones — coffee, tea, baking, and spirits — featured highlights including internationally awarded specialty coffee beans, a smart baking equipment zone with the world-premiere multi-function encrusting and dumpling-forming machines, and a curated wine selection. Professional competitions held alongside included the 2026 TSC World Siphon Coffee Championship Taiwan qualifier and the TISCA national cupping challenge. General admission is NT$100; trade professionals may enter free of charge with credential verification. The exhibition runs through July 13.
