Taiwan at Embedded World 2026: 140 Firms Showcase "Taiwan AI Island" Edge AI Capabilities

Taiwan became the largest overseas participant at Embedded World 2026 (EW 2026) held March 10-12 in Nuremberg, Germany, with over 140 companies participating. Under the theme "Taiwan: AI Island," the Ministry of Economic Affairs and TAITRA established the "Taiwan Excellence Pavilion" featuring 22 award-winning companies demonstrating AI and advanced electronics technologies. A press conference themed "Beyond the Cloud: Edge AI" showcased innovations from Advantech, Adlink, ASUS, DFI, iBase, Nexcom, MediaTek, Realtek, Winbond, ADATA, Transcend, TeamGroup, and others across chip design, memory, industrial PCs, and embedded systems for smart manufacturing, machine vision, transportation, and medical applications.
