Taiwan's 360° Mobility Mega Shows Highlight AI Vehicles and Hydrogen Energy as Key Export Pillars
The 360° MOBILITY Mega Shows opened at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, combining TAIPEI AMPA, E-Mobility Taiwan and Autotronics Taipei. TAITRA Chairman James C.F. Huang noted that Taiwan's automotive industry output reached NTD 500 billion last year with auto parts exports of NTD 214.6 billion. Nearly 900 companies from 16 countries participated, including Foxconn, China Motor, Pegatron and Advantech, with about 5,000 buyers. Highlights included an AI vehicle zone, hydrogen fuel cell buses with EU/UN certification, and government support of NTD 46 billion for industry upgrades.
