Alimentaria FoodTech Strengthens Its Commitment to Innovation and Knowledge

Alimentaria FoodTech 2026, the machinery, technology and ingredients fair for the food industry, will be held October 6-8 at Fira de Barcelona's Gran Via venue. In the Innovarena space, more than 80 experts will analyze digitalization, artificial intelligence, food safety, sustainability and ingredient innovation, with presentations including the 'AECOC Shopperview Barometer' and the 'Smart Industry 4.0' report. The Startup Corner area, led by research institute IRTA, will bring together some thirty startups with disruptive solutions, supported by entities such as DARPA, ICEX, CLUSAGA, CEIN and the KM ZERO Foundation. The event expects to gather more than 350 exhibiting companies from 15 countries presenting the latest innovations in machinery, technology and ingredients for the agri-food industry.
