Alimentaria+Hostelco Launches Three New Specialized Spaces for HORECA, Coffee and Bakery at 2026 Edition

Alimentaria+Hostelco, Spain's leading food, beverage and hospitality trade fair, will launch three new specialized spaces at its 50th edition, taking place March 23-26, 2026 at the Gran Via venue of Fira de Barcelona. The centrepiece is The Horeca Hub, a 3,000-square-metre multidisciplinary space hosting around 200 activities including strategic conferences, showcookings, tastings and product presentations; over 600 HORECA and foodservice companies — 30% of them international — will participate, targeting 50,000 professional visitors and 1,000 strategic buyers. Two newly created spaces complete the offer: The Coffee Stage, dedicated to coffee sector growth opportunities with barista championships; and The Bakery & Pastry Hub, showcasing innovation in baking, pastry, chocolate and ice cream. The overall fair expects around 3,300 exhibiting companies across 100,000 net square metres and 7 pavilions, with more than 110,000 professional visitors expected, 25% from abroad.
