Anuga Select Ibérica: The Great Meeting Point Where the Food of the Future Gathers in Madrid

Anuga Select Ibérica, the new benchmark trade fair for the food, beverage and gastronomy industry in the Iberian Peninsula, is taking shape. The project, born of the alliance between IFEMA MADRID and Koelnmesse — two of Europe's leading trade-fair operators — will hold its first edition in Madrid from February 16 to 18, 2027, inviting producers, distributors, auxiliary industry, institutions and bodies linked to these sectors to participate. The fair is configured as a key meeting point for companies from Spain, Portugal and international markets interested in expanding their business, discovering emerging trends and strengthening commercial cooperation networks, leveraging the Iberian Peninsula's geographic position as a bridge between Europe, Latin America and North Africa to consolidate the sector's export potential. It will group a wide range of sectors: Meat Attraction for the meat industry; Bakery & Ice Cream Attraction for bakery, pastry, ice cream and coffee; frozen, chilled and fresh products; fine food; dairy; beverages; hot drinks; auxiliary industry and organic products. Beyond the commercial exhibition, it will include complementary activities and offer brands a powerful platform to gain visibility, access new markets and connect with high-value profiles including purchasing managers, distributors, HORECA operators, retailers and producers.
