B-Travel 2026 Opens Tomorrow in Barcelona with Focus on Responsible Tourism

B-Travel 2026, the tourism fair organized by Fira de Barcelona, opens March 20 at Palacio 8 in the Montjuic venue, running until Sunday March 22. The fair, themed around Biajar, focuses on promoting responsible tourism that champions sustainability, cultural and social respect, and inclusion. A total of 110 national and international exhibitors take part, representing virtually all Spanish autonomous communities alongside a strong international presence. The official opening ceremony on March 20 at noon will be attended by Cristina Lage, general director of Turisme de Catalunya; Miguel Sanz, director of Turespaña; Arantxa Calvera, director of the Agencia Catalana de Turisme; salon president Marti Sarrate; and Fira de Barcelona general director Constanti Serrallonga. Beyond public-facing activities, B-Travel reinforces its role as a professional hub for the tourism sector with dedicated seminars, networking sessions, and a job search area. Opening hours are Friday 10:00-20:00, Saturday 10:30-22:00, and Sunday 10:30-18:00. Admission is 6 euros online and 8 euros at the door; children under 12 enter free with an adult.
