CITY.360 Brings In the EiSP to Lead One of Its Knowledge-Sharing Spaces

Feria de Zaragoza has announced its agreement with the International School of Public Services (EiSP) to design one of the spaces in the content program of CITY.360, to be held on November 18 and 19. This space will address how to guarantee public services when cities are affected by an emergency. CITY.360, organized by Feria de Zaragoza and the Zaragoza City Council, is the meeting point for public administrations and companies working to improve public management, with a commitment to public-private collaboration. The EiSP conference program will be structured in four blocks: 'Anticipate', on cities' real risks and vulnerabilities, with special attention to climate risk, operator cybersecurity and continuity planning; 'Resist', focused on how command is taken and service maintained under pressure, including institutional coordination, control centers and escalation protocols; 'Recover', which will analyze how services are restored after a crisis and how lessons are learned to improve protocols and investments; and 'Transform', which will connect emergency management with public innovation, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics and new public-private collaboration models. The sessions will include opening lectures, round tables with mayors and operators, real case studies, demo sessions and workshops so attendees leave with directly applicable solutions. Speaker selection will prioritize those who have managed real incidents or led complex recovery processes, balancing political vision and technical operation.
