From June 9 to 11, the Forum Will Gather 200 Speakers in 35 Sessions on the Future of Urban Management at IFEMA MADRID

The seventh edition of the Madrid Cities Forum, to be held June 9-11, 2026 in hall 9 of IFEMA MADRID, has presented its content program — now available on the event website — and opened registration, with a subsidized code for urban-management professionals. Pending final confirmations, the Forum will feature nearly 200 speakers across 35 sessions running simultaneously in four thematic auditoriums, sharing space with TECMA, the International Urban Planning and Environment Trade Fair. The event enjoys institutional support from the Community of Madrid and Madrid City Council, plus the collaboration of more than 40 organizations worldwide, including ICLEI Europe, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, the Union of Ibero-American Capital Cities (UCCI), the Spanish Network of Smart Cities (RECI), UN-Habitat and MedCities. International cities taking part include Prague, Berlin, Turin, Munich, Izmir, Wroclaw, Medellín, Guimarães, Dublin, Lyon and Calgary, along with the five Ibero-American capitals that won UCCI's 2026 Innovation Awards, with special prominence in the Sustainable Urban Development and Innovative City auditoriums. The one- or three-day pass also grants access to the four parallel events: TECMA, SRR — focused on urban services, waste management and circular economy — plus the Global Mobility Call and SocioCARE expo-congresses.
