The Industrialised Construction Hall grows with leading firms and the debut of the innovative 'Xilo Club Madera District'

The new Industrialised Construction Hall continues to consolidate itself as one of the big novelties of the upcoming FIMMA + Maderalia. Four months ahead of the show, the hall keeps expanding its commercial offer with benchmark companies: Finsa, SCM, XLAM Dolomiti, Knapp, Essetre, Biohaus, Topform, FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), Tallfusta, Quide Group, Carmowood, Maderas Obiols, Treewhood, RedVerde Bioconstrucción, Piveteau Bois, Corkseal, Servicanto and Yubero y Belmonte have already confirmed their participation, with the line-up set to keep growing. Located on Level 3 of Hall 3 at Feria Valencia, the space will gather industrialised solutions, timber construction, machinery, technology, materials and advanced building systems, becoming a magnet for architects, developers, builders, engineering firms and specifiers. Its major novelty will be the 'Distrito Xilo Club Madera', an initiative driven by Club Madera with Finsa's collaboration. Its heart will be the Travelling Pavilion, a timber structure 18 metres long, five metres wide and up to 5.5 metres high, developed with prestigious British studio Waugh Thistleton Architects and built with the participation of fifteen companies, allowing visitors to follow the entire timber construction process from raw material to finished building. Around it will stand the Xilo Nodes — all-timber modules for exhibits and business meetings — plus a conference space and a spectacular multi-metre-high timber house.
