The Barcelona Boat Show will bring together more than 240 marinas
The Barcelona International Boat Show will return to Port Vell in October presenting the offer of more than 240 port facilities, showcased in the new covered pavilion on the Fusta quay, one of the big novelties of its 63rd edition. Under the SeaMotion motto, the marquee will house the Marinas & Harbour Facilities space, a meeting point for marinas, nautical destinations and diving, with the direct and indirect participation of over 240 facilities from Spain and the Mediterranean, allowing visitors to discover destinations, offers and nautical services. Taking part are managing bodies such as Andalusia's Public Ports Agency (more than 30 marinas), the Catalan Association of Sports and Tourist Ports (ACPET), representing 48 facilities along the Catalan coast, and Marinas de España, with over 150 marinas nationwide. Direct exhibitors include Port Olímpic de Barcelona, Marina Empuriabrava, Marina Lanzarote, Marina Baiona and the Gijón marina, alongside international presences such as the port of Alghero (Sardinia) and several Sicilian ports. The new space stems from the show's agreement with ACPET, with the collaboration of Marinas de España, to strengthen the competitiveness of nautical facilities and highlight the economic and social contribution of nautical tourism. The pavilion is completed by the Diving, Shopping & Water Sports space. Organised by Fira de Barcelona with ANEN, the show runs from 14 to 18 October with more than 130 brands confirmed.
