The Boat Show joins Barcelona's new Blaumarí Music Port Vell festival

The Barcelona International Boat Show is joining Blaumarí Music as a strategic partner. The new festival, running from 10 to 28 June, aims to become one of the most distinctive events in Barcelona's music calendar thanks to a stage set over the sea. The Fira de Barcelona show is lending its floating infrastructure at Port Vell, its traditional home, reinforcing its commitment to projecting Barcelona internationally as a nautical and cultural capital. Blaumarí Music will be the first music festival held on Port Vell's quay, with a stage built on the Boat Show's infrastructure and the city as a backdrop, featuring artists such as UB40 feat. Ali Campbell, The Cardigans, Gipsy Kings (by André Reyes), Alan Parsons and Rufus Wainwright, along with La Traviata. Boat Show director Josep Antoni Llopart said the collaboration naturally connects Spain's leading nautical event with a first-class cultural proposal in a setting that embodies Barcelona's Mediterranean identity, helping the city 'look to the sea' as a great stage for experiences. The 2026 Boat Show, organised with the collaboration of ANEN, will run from 14 to 18 October with boats of all lengths, an on-water trial zone and a new area devoted to nautical leisure.
