Enerxetika 2026 Opens in Silleda with 236 Firms from 17 Countries: CAE Sessions, EV Trials and Energy Education

The 5th edition of Enerxetika opened on March 25 at Feira Internacional de Galicia ABANCA in Silleda, Pontevedra, with 236 firms from 17 countries and 99 direct exhibitors from Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Germany. Gold sponsor Red Electrica and silver sponsor Serveo backed a full programme of professional sessions. Day one featured Cluergal and Igape co-hosting a Sustainability and Energy Transition conference; Ecogal presenting on photovoltaic installation norms, innovation and safety with speakers from Sonnepar, Sunfields and Enphase; FEGASINEL running a session on Energy Saving Certificates (CAEs) for electrical installers; FEDERGAL hosting a practical AI workshop for the renovation sector; and A3E organizing Ruta CAE 2026 for the wood industry, opened by the Director General of Energy Planning of the Xunta de Galicia Pablo Fernandez, with case studies in CAE implementation for timber companies with ISO 50001 certification. Outside the venue, visitors tested electric and hybrid vehicles from Tesla, Mercedes, Nissan, BMW, Volkswagen and Velca motorcycles on a dedicated circuit. Sotavento and Inega ran an educational area for schoolchildren on renewable energy, while Fundacion Naturgy presented its Energia con raices programme to secondary school students on the energy transition and Galicia role within it.
