ENOMAQ 2027 Presents the Edition's Progress at Its Second Organizing Committee

Within the framework of Enoforum's 23rd edition, Feria de Zaragoza hosted the second session of the ENOMAQ 2027 Organizing Committee, chaired by Rubén Auseré (Industrias Auseré) and comprising entities such as Agragex, Agromillora, AECAVA, ICEX, the FEAE, D.O. Cariñena, Verallia, the Spanish Wine Federation, the Wine Interprofessional, the University of Zaragoza, the PTV and the CECRV, with the participation of Aragon's director general for Food Innovation and Promotion, Amparo Cuéllar, and ICEX's director in Aragon, Pilar Ortún. The session formalized the incorporation of AEMODA (Spanish Association of Oil-Mill Masters and Operators), strengthening the olive-oil area at a time when the show's rebranding unifies all its historic sectors under a single identity. The 50th-anniversary edition will host technical sessions on sustainability and climate change, digitalization, AI and innovation, circular economy and dealcoholization, plus the professional Tasting Corner for wines, oils and beers. The awards program is updated: the Technical Innovations Contest adds new categories, the Oil-Mill Master Award incorporates a National EVOO category, and a new Food Industry Master Award is created with Food and Beverage categories, alongside expanded Excellence Awards. Marketing is advancing at the pace of the previous edition, with companies from 19 countries confirmed — including Germany, France, Italy, Portugal, the US, China and Australia — and a new website has been launched. ENOMAQ 2027 runs January 26-28 at Feria de Zaragoza.
