EQUIMUR 2026: 30th Anniversary Edition Officially Presented in Murcia

EQUIMUR–Salon Internacional de Caballos de Razas Puras Region de Murcia officially presented its 30th anniversary edition at a ceremony in Murcia on March 3, presided over by Regional Counsellor Sara Rubira. The fair will be held from March 12 to 15 at IFEPA facilities, with four tracks (two competition, one sales and exhibition, one warm-up), 200 boxes, 100 corrals for approximately 300 horses, and a commercial gallery with over 60 equestrian sector companies covering saddlery, equipment, equine nutrition, transport and specialist services. The Morphological Competition for Pure Spanish Breed horses will gather nearly one hundred horses from across Spain and international origins, judged by an international panel awarding prizes for Best Stud Farm, Champion, Functionality and Best Movements. The programme also covers Doma Vaquera, Dressage, Alta Escuela and Indoor Harness Marathon competitions, plus liberty dressage exhibitions by Santi Serra. Cayetano Martínez de Irujo has been named Honorary Patron for the 30th anniversary edition.
