EQUIMUR 30th Anniversary Closes with 14,000+ Visitors, Ranked Spain Second Equestrian Fair

EQUIMUR, the Murcia equestrian fair at the IFEPA venue, has closed its 30th anniversary edition with more than 14,000 visitors, a 7% increase over the previous edition, firmly establishing itself as Spain second most important equestrian fair behind SICAB in Seville. The Morphological Contest of Spanish Pure Breed crowned Bohemio de Millan (Torreserna stud) as Functionality Champion and Yeguada JF Mino as Best Stud. The overall Champion was Vinas Zenit (Yeguada Valdevinas) and the Champion mare was Primavera Bat II (Yeguada Batan). In doma vaquera, Coqueto LDR 50% ridden by Juan Luis Garrido Zarzuela took the title; doma clasica Grand Prix went to Pedro Hernandez Trivino, San Jorge to Teia Hernandez Vila with Jordano de Trujillo, and the 4-year-old filly class to Saturday Dine TF (Ramon Navarro Parraq). Alta Escuela Kür Nivel Avanzado was won by Rumboso CX ridden by Carlos Berenguer Prieto. Cayetano Martinez de Irujo was among the high-profile attendees, generating significant media interest.
