ExpoAudio 2026: April 9-11 at IFEMA MADRID — Audiology, Connectivity and Gaming Convergence in Focus
ExpoAudio 2026, organized by IFEMA MADRID alongside ExpoOptica, returns April 9-11 with an expanded offering of solutions for hearing diagnosis, fitting, rehabilitation, and prevention. The Spanish audiology market saw 432,868 B2B hearing aid units distributed in 2025, an 18 percent increase over 2024 and 6.7 percent above the 2023 record. Yet 60 percent of Spaniards with hearing problems still use no hearing aids, pointing to significant growth potential. A key theme is the convergence of audiology and gaming: following the 2025 WHO and ITU standard on safe listening for video games and eSports, the sector is developing immersive audio, advanced connectivity, and accessibility solutions that convert game sound into visual signals for people with hearing disabilities. The Foro ExpoAudio will feature presentations from Natus Sensory on real-ear measurement personalization, Mope Consultoria on hearing loss differentiation, and EssilorLuxotica on the revolutionary Nuance Audio glasses. Confirmed exhibitors include Acousticon, Beltone, Bernafon, Oticon, Philips, Sonova Iberica, Starkey Spain, and Topcon, among others.
