Expoquimia 2026 Energizes Productive Industry in a Growing Edition

Expoquimia 2026, organized by Fira de Barcelona, reaches its 60th anniversary in clear expansion: it will grow 34% in floor space and 40% in participating companies compared with 2023, surpassing 400 exhibitors and 900 leading brands, with firms such as Air Liquide, BASF, Bondalti, Bosch Iberia, Covestro, Moeve, Quimidroga, Sener and Telstar confirmed. The show, running June 2-5 in Hall 2 of the Gran Via venue, will gather more than 100 experts across its congress spaces. It debuts the Innovation Hub, connecting research and technology centers, universities, startups and large companies in disruptive projects on decarbonization, digitalization, energy efficiency and circular economy, featuring ACCIO, Leitat and IQS. The Industry Showcase will offer more than 25 sessions on decarbonization, circular water management, materials innovation and advanced digitalization with AI. FEIQUE will hold the fifth edition of Smart Chemistry under the motto "Green Industry Deal", and the Mediterranean Congress of Chemical Engineering (MeCCE) will bring together over 350 professionals. The June 3 Gala Dinner at the MNAC, with more than 700 executives and a keynote by Katja Scharpwinkel (BASF SE Executive Board), will present the Best-in-Class awards. Together with Equiplast in Hall 3, the double event expects over 800 exhibitors and 21,000 professionals.
