Feria de Valladolid invests 822,000 euros in venue upgrades as Oxford Economics reports 200M euro impact
Feria de Valladolid has invested 822,099 euros of own funds in venue improvement works expected to be completed by end of March. The main interventions cover Pavilion 3 with new flooring and partitions creating a versatile open-plan space, the Congress Centre staircase and bathrooms, and a cover for the plaza pond to improve accessibility. The venue recorded revenues of 6.1 million euros in 2025, a 35% increase and a decade-long record, with 233 days of occupation. An Oxford Economics report commissioned by AFE calculates that trade fair activity generates a total annual economic impact of 200 million euros for Valladolid, supporting 2,194 direct and indirect jobs and contributing 110 million euros to GDP. Upcoming new shows include Match Point and Sportcities in October 2026 and Vet.Gan in January 2027.
