Fernando Romay and Martín Berasategui to Lead a Dialogue on Sport, Cooking and Wellbeing at Espacio Cocina SICI

Chef Martín Berasategui, ambassador of rest-systems firm Senttix, and former international basketball player Fernando Romay will star in one of the highlights of the parallel program of Espacio Cocina SICI 2026, to be held September 28 to October 2 at Feria Valencia within the València Inspira Diseño initiative. The dialogue, open to the public, will take place on the morning of Tuesday, September 29 in the AMC Kitchen Lab Auditorium (Level 3, Hall 3) and will explore how balanced nutrition, restorative sleep and ergonomics contribute to wellbeing at home. The AMC Kitchen Lab will also host conferences, round tables, show cookings and professional sessions, including 'Kitchen Shopping Day' for the kitchen retail channel, hosted by well-known communicator Carmen Alcayde.
