Feria Valencia Launches New Industrialized Construction Salon within FIMMA + Maderalia 2026
Feria Valencia and FIMMA + Maderalia have announced the launch of the first edition of the Salon de la Construccion Industrializada, a new dedicated exhibition area within the biennial fair scheduled for November 10 to 13 in Valencia. The new space responds to the transformation taking place in the building sector, where sustainability, production efficiency, waste reduction, and the industrialization of processes are shaping the future of construction. The area will feature exhibitors showcasing innovations in machinery, process technology, structural wood, and industrialized building components, linking industrialized construction directly with the productive capacity of the sector. Highlights include the live construction of an industrialized structure and the erection of a three-story timber building using real solutions and technology from exhibitors. A full program of technical sessions, presentations, and live demonstrations will complement the exhibition. The salon targets industry professionals already part of the FIMMA + Maderalia ecosystem, as well as new audiences including developers, construction companies, technical carpentry firms, renovation businesses, engineering firms, and public administrations interested in industrialized building. Wood is positioned as a strategic material aligned with decarbonization and sustainability objectives.
