Fruit Attraction 2026 Opens a New Call for Factoría Chef

Fruit Attraction 2026, to be held October 6-8 at IFEMA MADRID, is launching a new edition of Factoría Chef, the gastronomic space connecting chefs, producers and professionals through culinary demonstrations centered on fresh produce. The space is free and reserved exclusively for companies exhibiting in the Fresh Produce Area, which can book their slot until September 2. Each presentation, lasting up to 40 minutes, takes place on a fully equipped stage and aims to promote fruit and vegetable consumption creatively through show cookings. The fair, organized by IFEMA MADRID and FEPEX, expects more than 2,500 participating companies, total occupancy of 162,000 square meters across 10 halls, and over 121,000 professionals from more than 150 countries.
