FYCMA (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga) closed 2025 with 147 events hosting over 283,000 attendees — a 70% increase from 2024 — and an economic impact exceeding 265 million euros (+37%). Revenue grew 20% to surpass 16.4 million euros. International events reached nearly 25% of the program, professional meetings accounted for 77% of activity, and scientific-technological events rose 20% to represent more than half of all events, positioning Málaga as a hub for advanced technology. Key 2026 events include EuCNC & 6G Summit (June 2-5), ECOC 2026 European Conference on Optical Communications (September 20-24), Global Photonics Economic Forum (September 24-25), Transfiere XV (from February 24) alongside the III GINI Global Innopolis Forum, Feriabus (February 26), Mobility Expo World Congress MOW 2026 (March 10-11), DES Digital Enterprise Show (June 9-11), Greencities Urban Intelligence (September 15-16), Expo Agritech (November 3-5), and Simed real estate fair (November 12-14). H&T hospitality innovation fair opened the 2026 calendar in January with 600+ exhibitors in three fully occupied pavilions.
