Gastrónoma 2026 Shifts to October Weekdays, Reinforcing Professional Profile

Gastrónoma, the leading gastronomic trade fair of the Mediterranean region, has confirmed a strategic date change for its 2026 edition: it will be held Monday through Wednesday, October 26-28, 2026, at Feria Valencia. The decision by the Organizing Committee — chaired by Manuel Espinar (VP of Gastrónoma and president of CONHOSTUR) — is designed to reinforce the professional character of the fair and facilitate commercial activity and networking. For 2026, Gastrónoma will occupy Pavilions 3 and 4 on Level 2 in a horizontal layout, creating a more fluid visitor flow and a larger exhibition area. The fair will combine the largest gastronomic showroom in Spain with over ten thematic congress spaces covering all gastronomy sectors: La Cocina Central (haute cuisine), the Conselleria de Agricultura stage (local products), Wine Experience including the Tunel del Vino for professionals, El Aula (multidisciplinary gastronomy content), Pandeverdad (live bakery workshop), Be Sweet (pastry), Entreolivos (extra virgin olive oil), and the Espacio Mediterraneo (competitions for hospitality students).
