Three Bakery and Pastry Guilds Unite for Gastrónoma 2026

For the first time, the three main professional guilds of the bakery and pastry sector in the Valencian Community have held a joint meeting with the Gastrónoma team to plan new content for the upcoming edition of the trade show, scheduled for late October 2026. Representatives from the Gremi de Mestres Sucrers, the Gremio de Panaderos y Pasteleros de Valencia, and FEGREPPA participated alongside Gastrónoma committee members. Discussions focused on two dedicated spaces: Be Sweet for pastry and pandeverdad for artisan bread. Participants agreed on renewed lines of work to consolidate the role of artisan bakery and pastry within Gastrónoma, reinforcing the trade fair as a key professional meeting point. The collaboration marks a significant step toward greater sectoral unity ahead of the October 2026 edition.
