H&T 2026 Preview: 600 Exhibitors from 15 Countries Gather in Malaga for Hospitality Innovation Salon
H&T Salon de Innovacion en Hosteleria opens its 28th edition on February 2 at FYCMA in Malaga, running through February 4. More than 600 companies and specialist entities will participate — a hundred more than in 2025 — across 29,500 square metres in three fully occupied pavilions, with a waiting list of around 50 additional firms. Fifteen countries are represented including Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, UAE, Spain, USA, Greece, Netherlands, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, UK, Czech Republic, and Sweden. Three-Michelin-star chef Eduard Xatruch of Disfrutar delivers the inaugural keynote on the Main Stage, preceded by the official opening ceremony with the Mayor of Malaga and the Andalusia Tourism Counsellor. The programme spans sustainability and AI talks, Kitchen Lab live cooking by 30-plus Michelin and Repsol-recognised chefs, Aula Makro training workshops, and the Sala de Catas with the final of the Premios Mejores Vinos H&T 2026 and Grand Reserve tastings. An international buyer mission of 20 delegates is sponsored by the Junta de Andalucia. Hours: 10:00-19:00 on Monday and Tuesday, 10:00-16:30 on Wednesday.
