International Construction Week's sales campaign gains pace, already topping 460 participating companies
International Construction Week, driven by IFEMA MADRID and bringing together the Construtec, Veteco, Smart Doors and Piscimad fairs, is advancing steadily in its sales campaign and consolidating itself as Spain's main professional meeting point for the construction sector. Six months ahead of the event, to be held from 10 to 13 November 2026 at IFEMA MADRID, the fair project has already confirmed more than 460 exhibiting companies across a surface exceeding 38,000 square metres — figures that surpass the previous edition's floor space and, according to the organisers, reflect the business community's confidence. The strong commercial progress shows the interest of manufacturers, construction companies, architects, distributors and service firms in a project that integrates the four fairs to jointly address the industry's main challenges and opportunities: the industrialisation of construction, renovation, energy efficiency, technological innovation, design, and technical systems and solutions for the entire building cycle. The programme will also feature the second edition of the International Construction Week Congress, a forum for reflection gathering developers, builders, architecture studios, manufacturers and site managers to discuss industrialised construction, sustainability and energy efficiency, decarbonisation, innovation and digitalisation, renovation, the regulatory framework and talent attraction.
