Rubén Auseré Chairs the Organizing Committee of ENOMAQ 2027
Feria de Zaragoza has appointed Rubén Auseré, CEO of Industrias Auseré, as the new chairman of the Organizing Committee of ENOMAQ 2027, at a key moment: the next edition, from January 26 to 28, 2027, will mark the show's 50th anniversary. Industrias Auseré has sat on the Committee practically since the event's origins, and Auseré himself has been a member since 2011. The anniversary comes with a rebranding: ENOMAQ adopts a new denomination — International Trade Show of Machinery and Techniques for the Cultivation, Production and Packaging of the Beverage and Liquid Food Industry — unifying under a single brand the historic identities of ENOMAQ, OLEOMAQ, TECNOVID, OLEOTEC and EBEER. "Just as we used to be highly single-sector companies and today our machines package all kinds of liquids, the show must follow that same path," Auseré explains, adding that grouping these industries lets each benefit from the shared ecosystem. Two new sectors also join: arboriculture — driven by the growth of nuts and fruit crops, which share machinery and processes with sectors already present — and food and beverages, covering the production, processing and packaging of products such as dairy, juices, gazpachos and sauces. ENOMAQ will thus be structured around seven sectors: winemaking, viticulture, olive-oil technology, olive growing, brewing, arboriculture, and food and beverages.
