SICUR Presents an Insignia to the National Police Chief Commissioner in Gratitude for His Commitment to the Show
The Organizing Committee of SICUR, the International Security Exhibition organized by IFEMA MADRID, held the review meeting of its 25th edition at the National Police headquarters. On behalf of the integral security sector, SICUR presented an insignia to Manuel Yanguas, chief commissioner and head of the National Police's Central Private Security Unit, for his years of commitment and membership of the Organizing Committee, during which he contributed decisively to the show's development; the recognition came on the eve of his retirement. SICUR's management also highlighted the 25th edition's drawing power: more than 47,000 professionals from 83 countries; 673 companies across Occupational Safety, Fire Safety and Emergencies, and Security; over 2,600 attendees at the technical sessions of FORO SICUR, SICUR CYBER, EXO CORNER, ASEPAL SPEAKER'S CORNER and the new Technology for Public Security day; an economic impact of over 120 million euros for Madrid; and four halls of the fairgrounds. With these results, SICUR 2026 consolidates its leadership in integral security in southern Europe.
