Simed 2026 Opens the Call for Its 5th Startup Open Call for Innovative Technological Solutions Applied to Real Estate and Construction

Simed, the Mediterranean Real Estate Show organized by FYCMA and taking place November 12-14, has opened registration for its 5th Open Call for Startups, an international call for emerging companies with disruptive, high-potential projects in PropTech, ConTech, FinTech, AI and sector-applied data, smart buildings and asset management, industrialized construction, sustainability and energy efficiency, digitalization and new models for real-estate marketing and investment. Applications may be submitted until August 31 at 23:59. The evaluation committee will assess the degree of innovation and applied technology, scalability and feasibility of implementation, potential for real impact on the real-estate sector, and the quality, experience and growth capacity of the team, with additional consideration for cleantech initiatives that reduce environmental impact. Ten startups will be selected to exhibit in the show's expo area, receive a promotional package and access the networking agenda; five finalists will then deliver individual pitches at the Startup Pitch Competition, with the winner taking a 2,000-euro cash prize and guaranteed participation in Simed 2027. The call unfolds within the Simed Innova space, which gains prominence in an edition with expanded exhibition space, alongside the INNOVA by Bilba Forum. Confirmed partners include AQ Acentor, Culmia, Gilmar, Metrovacesa, Neinor Homes and Urbania, with Idealista as official property portal.
