Simed 2026 Consolidates Its Innova Zone as a Strategic Space for New Construction and Technology Solutions

Simed, the Mediterranean Real Estate Show, will strengthen the role of its Innova zone as the strategic space for innovation applied to the real estate and construction sector in its next edition, to be held from November 12 to 14 at FYCMA (Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Malaga). Innova will be structured around three pillars: a content forum focused on strategic vision and decision-making, an exhibition area with applied solutions and technologies, and the 5th Open Call for Startups, an international call open until August 31 for startups in PropTech, ConTech, FinTech, applied AI, smart buildings, industrialized construction and sustainability. The Innova by Bilba forum, sponsored by the company specialized in the IPD collaborative methodology, will address topics such as industrialized housing and affordable housing, construction 4.0, decarbonization, and artificial intelligence applied to planning and project management. The exhibition area will bring together advanced construction materials and systems, modular construction, steel framing, aerothermal and photovoltaic energy, alongside technologies such as BIM, digital twins and IoT. Companies already confirmed include Sacyr, 011h, Zennio, Cip Arquitectos, Eurecat and Cesefor. The zone targets developers, builders, architecture studios, engineering firms and public administration representatives.
