Simed 2026 Strengthens Its International Reach in a New Edition Focused on Public-Private Collaboration, Investment and Applied Innovation
Simed, the Mediterranean Real Estate Show organized by FYCMA (Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Málaga), will hold its 22nd edition from November 12 to 14 with a dual profile as a professional gathering and an event for end buyers. Public-private collaboration will again be a central pillar, focused on affordable housing, together with investment and innovation applied across the whole value chain. As a novelty, it will incorporate a specific zone for projects from foreign markets and the "Prime Homes Summit", a specialized meeting aimed at business connections with international operators and clients. This year Simed is held as a full international trade fair, a distinction granted in March by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business that certifies its quality standards and brings customs advantages and cost savings for exhibitors. The exhibition space is being expanded, and two strategic areas are redesigned: the Innova Zone — focused on industrialization, new materials, decarbonization, circular economy, AI, IoT and proptech/contech/fintech solutions — and the City Hub, which evolves into a more dynamic format to showcase urban projects and foster alliances. Confirmed partners include AQ Acentor, Culmia, Gilmar, Metrovacesa, Neinor Homes and Urbania, with Idealista as official property portal.
