SMOPYC 2026 Restores Exterior Area and Demo Zone for Its 20th Edition Across 7 Sectors

SMOPYC 2026, the International Trade Show for Public Works, Construction and Mining Machinery, returns for its 20th edition with the reintroduction of the Exterior Area and Demo Zone. The Exterior Area will showcase large-format machinery from leading manufacturers, while the Demo Zone will host scheduled technical demonstrations allowing visitors to observe excavation, compaction, lifting and material handling equipment operating in real conditions. The show covers seven sectors: Earthmoving (civil infrastructure, mining, compaction, excavation, road machinery), Components and Spare Parts (hydraulic components, engines, measurement and workshop tools), Lifting (tower cranes, elevated platforms, telescopic handlers), Drilling (horizontal and vertical drilling, tunnelling, geotechnical), Aggregates and Concrete (crushing, screening, cement and mortar plants, recycling), Auxiliary Equipment (compressors, generators, scaffolding, formwork, pneumatic systems), and Industrial Vehicles (trucks, dumpers, specialty vehicles, tyres). The combination of the Demo Zone and reinforced Exterior Area aims to make SMOPYC a more experiential platform for business, innovation and knowledge sharing across construction, public works and mining.
