Taste the Winners to Bring Together Spain's Best Artisan Creations at BICA 2027

BICA, Bakery and Ice Cream Attraction, the new professional bakery, pastry and ice cream show to be held February 16-18, 2027 at IFEMA MADRID within Anuga Select Ibérica — a project by IFEMA MADRID and KOELNMESSE — will feature the Taste the Winners space, where visitors can sample award-winning chocolates, gastronomic ice creams, tea pastries, croissants, panettones and roscones from Spain's leading national competitions, presented by their own creators. Confirmed professionals include Raúl Bernal (Lapaca), Alexandra Navarro, Éric Ortuño (L'Atelier) and Abel Castaño, among others. The space will be part of La Isla de los Campeones (Champions' Island), which will also host the third edition of the Best Bonbon in Spain Competition and the presentation of the Arte Heladero Best Ice Cream Parlors Guide 2027/2028. BICA will share space with Meat Attraction and other specialized areas of the food platform.
