WORKinn Talent Hub Opens at BIEMH 2026 to Bridge Industrial Companies and Skilled Talent

WORKinn Talent Hub has opened its new edition at Bilbao Exhibition Centre within BIEMH 2026, the International Machine Tool Biennial featuring 1,503 exhibitors from 34 countries. The Employment Forum, running March 4-5, brings together more than 30 companies presenting over 370 job openings across the industrial sector. The inauguration was chaired by Mikel Torres, Basque Government Deputy Premier and Minister for Economy, Labour and Employment, who highlighted that the Basque Country faces its greatest generational turnover challenge: 625,000 employment opportunities anticipated by 2036, with 83% tied to retirements. Additional spaces include the Inspire Zone — an interactive tour through advanced manufacturing competencies — and a Food and Art space. WORKinn is organised by AFM Cluster for Advanced Manufacturing and Bilbao Exhibition Centre, with support from Lanbide (Basque Public Employment Service).
