Zona Asia and AU-K! Define the Growth Strategy of the Valencia Comic Fair

The universe of comics and pop culture will once again conquer Valencia from February 26 to 28, 2027 with a new edition of the Valencia Comic Fair at Feria Valencia. Established as one of the major cultural events of the Valencia region and a national reference for the sector, the fair approaches its next edition with a strategy oriented toward growth and audience expansion. It will especially strengthen two of the areas that have sparked the greatest interest among new generations: Zona Asia, dedicated to manga and Asian pop culture, and AU-K!, the space aimed at promoting reading and the discovery of comics among children and young audiences. This commitment responds to the goal of broadening audiences, connecting generations of readers and adding new forms of creation and culture without losing the event's essence: comics will remain the central axis and the main meeting space for readers, authors, publishers and professionals. The event will also maintain its commitment to African and Global South comics, with a specific program of talks, conferences and exhibitions that have turned the fair into a space of connection between Spain and different African territories, as well as established spaces such as Joc&Rol, dedicated to board and role-playing games, alongside new proposals linked to graphic novels, illustration, cosplay and digital creation. The organization is already working on the program and the list of national and international guests for one of the great cultural events of 2027.
