Agriculture leads Türkiye's fair calendar on both event count and stand space

Agriculture is the largest single sector in Türkiye's 2025 fair calendar on both of the measures the register publishes. Agriculture, greenhouse and livestock technologies accounted for 65 of the 461 fairs and 666,463 of the 3,447,160 square metres of stand space, ahead of every other group. On event count, education follows with 46 fairs, then books and periodicals and food processing with 23 each, furniture with 14, cosmetics with 13, and medical devices and art with 12 each. On stand space the order changes: furniture takes 254,278 square metres, food 187,561, apparel and fashion 118,044, marine and water sports 106,482, automotive 100,634 and mining and natural stone 91,309. A residual group labelled Other covers 35 fairs, 17,204 exhibitors and 184,157 square metres. The classification uses 50 product and service groups in all, and each group carries the same ten measures as the national table. Sector figures reconcile exactly to the national totals, so a single group can be sized on its own.
